A native to the region and graduate of West Texas A&M, Landon’s roots run deep in the South Plains. Soon after graduation, Landon began applying his technical knowledge and leadership skills in the asphalt industry. With over a decade of experience, he prides himself on being a COO who has “hands-on” asphalt and leadership skills. Currently, Landon oversees the day-to-day operations and brings a people-centered approach to the Caprock Paving team and clients, but still “likes to get his hands dirty” on projects. Outside of work, he is a proud husband and father of 3 who enjoys Texas history and local music.

Caprock Paving’s office manager, Whitney Arthur, joined the team in early 2020. Whitney always strives to serve every customer with a helpful and joyful attitude. Before joining us, she worked in other administrative roles, gaining valuable experience in customer service and inter-office operations. Whitney believes fostering a positive experience for customers, vendors, and her coworkers is imperative to her role.

Whitney is married to Tanner, and they have 2 incredible daughters. Being a wife and mother is her God-given purpose in life, and she is thankful to work for a company that honors family first. In her free time, Whitney enjoys reading, adding to her tattoo collection and spending time at home with her little family.
